2. Information we collect
When you use our contact form, we may collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, and message.
We may also collect essential technical information needed for the website to function securely, including session, security, and performance information through Wix cookies.
3. How we use your information
We use contact-form information to respond to enquiries, provide requested information, manage communications, and operate our business.
We use personal information only for the purposes for which it was provided, to meet legal obligations, or where we have a legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and managing our business.
We do not use visitor information for AI-based decision-making or automated decisions.
4. Who we share information with
Our website is hosted on Wix. Wix may process personal information through its infrastructure and service providers. Further information is available in Wix’s maintained list of subprocessors:

We do not sell or share visitor information with other companies for advertising.
We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect our rights, users, or business.
5. Where information is stored
Your information may be processed in the United Kingdom and other countries where Wix or Mailchimp, or their service providers, operate. These providers are responsible for applying appropriate safeguards to information they process.
6. Cookies
Our Wix website uses essential cookies for security, sessions, stability, and performance.
Because the Wix privacy and cookie settings on this website have not been confirmed, visitors should use their browser settings to manage cookies. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the website work.

If you provide your details through our contact form, we may use them to respond to your enquiry.
Where you receive promotional communications, you can unsubscribe using the link provided in the relevant message or contact us directly.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise your rights, contact us at info@archdigitalstudio.co.uk. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
People in the UK may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
9. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to enquiries, maintaining business records, and meeting legal, tax, and accounting obligations. We then delete or anonymise it where appropriate.
10. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information. Our website is built and hosted on Wix, which helps secure the underlying website infrastructure.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
