Arch Digital Studio — Terms of Use

Effective from: 20 October 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Arch Digital Studio website and the services you purchase from us. By booking or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

Arch Digital Studio is operated by Samantha Mason, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

Legal notices may be sent to info@archdigitalstudio.co.uk.

In short: You are contracting with Samantha Mason, trading as Arch Digital Studio.

2. Our services

We provide business services and classes as described on our website, proposals, booking pages, or other written communications.

The specific scope, timing, deliverables, and price of each service will be confirmed before work begins.

We may update or withdraw services from the website, but this will not affect services already agreed.

In short: The service description and agreed arrangements apply to each booking or project.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and exclude tax.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due upfront before the service begins.

We may delay or decline work until payment has been received.

In short: Payment is required upfront, and listed prices do not include tax.

4. Retainer services

A retainer service continues according to the arrangement agreed with you.

You may cancel a retainer by giving us 30 days’ notice.

Fees remain payable during the notice period unless we agree otherwise in writing.

In short: Retainer cancellations require 30 days’ notice, and the notice period remains payable.

5. Cancellations and no-shows

For services or classes that are not retainers, you must give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend, you will not receive a refund.

In short: You can cancel without losing your payment when you give at least 24 hours’ notice.

6. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

In short: We will try to help you move a booking, but a new time depends on availability.

7. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, attend at the agreed time, and provide any materials or access reasonably needed for us to deliver the service.

You must not use the website or services unlawfully, interfere with the website, or infringe another person’s rights.

8. Intellectual property

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, each party retains ownership of materials it created or supplied.

You may use final materials we create for your business once all amounts due have been paid. You may not resell or substantially reproduce our underlying methods, templates, or materials without our written permission.

9. Service standards and availability

We will provide the services with reasonable care and skill.

We do not promise that the website or services will always be available without interruption. We may change, suspend, or pause parts of the website for maintenance or other operational reasons.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that, we are responsible only for losses that are reasonably foreseeable and directly caused by our breach of these Terms.

We are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate information, missing materials, delays outside our reasonable control, or your failure to follow agreed instructions.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on the website. The version in force when you book or purchase a service will apply to that service, unless the law requires otherwise.

Any material change affecting an existing ongoing arrangement will be communicated before it applies to that arrangement.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Where you are a business customer, the courts of England and Wales will normally have jurisdiction over disputes, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.

A failure to enforce a right immediately does not mean that we have waived it.

These Terms, together with the written service arrangement agreed with you, form the agreement between you and us concerning the relevant service.
